Kelvin Tan Song Hee (Founder)


Kelvin Tan, the founding director of The All-Adventure People Pte Ltd, started to work in the outdoor industry 6 years ago. From a young age, Kelvin discovered his love of the outdoors as a boy scout. He progressed to being a scout leader, and during that period, he was appointed as a District Auxillary Leader for 2 different Districts (Katong and Tampines) and at the same taking on the responsibility of leading Chung Cheng Main Scouts Troop.

Prior to starting The All-Adventure People, Kelvin had been actively pursuing his passion for training and development by working for two outdoor companies as a full time staff, honing his skills in training and development by working his way up from an instructor to management roles ranging from sales to marketing, research and development of programs.

Kelvin is well versed in corporate teambuilding and experiential learning programs where activities are conducted indoors, outdoors and overseas. He specializes in formulating programs in accordance with clients' corporate objectives rendering an effective transfer of learning to the client's operational environment.

At present, Kelvin is one of the teambuilding consultants with C-VAT (Singapore), a leading business consultancy in the area of behavioral science, sociology, human resources and organization development where he has been facilitating teambuilding programs for corporate clients.

In addition, Kelvin is also well versed in the following sports; swimming, kayaking, dragon boating and abseiling. He is a certified coach for the above mentioned sports and being lifeguard trained, safety for everyone is always the top priority for any of the programs conducted by him.

To date, Kelvin has trained up to more than 500 middle and senior managers and works with various MNCs like LifeTech, Invensys, ScheringPlough, Sony, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft as well as various Singapore Ministries like the Ministry of Community for Youth and Sports.

Muhammad Zaid Bin Razman (Business Development)


Zaid is well versed in corporate teambuilding and experiential learning programs. He has worked with several experts in the industry and is experienced in formulating programs to achieve various objectives.

Prior to joining The All-Adventure People, Zaid have been actively involved in the community work within the malay community and have worked in various organisations aiding students and adults to improve their lives gave him the inspiration to thrive and serve teams who want to become better and more effective. In one of his former workplace, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, he was tasked with managing and coordinating for major events such as RED CAMP and Ngee Ann Polytechnic Open House.

Zaid is a team building consultant who is able assist team members to uplift individual performances and to perfect synergy among diverse groups of people.

Thanks to his life experiences, he have come to understand the power of teams and hope to help others achieve better team results.
