Character Development Programme

In order to bring the best out of your students, we have designed a programme that uses a combination of both indoor and outdoor elements to achieve the following:
  1. Increasing the focus and concentration of the students
  2. Understanding themselves
  3. Teamwork
  4. Communication with others
We will be using various outdoor elements, including dragonboating and high elements, while the indoor elements will consist of C-Vat profiling and Johari Window.

Using C-Vat profiling tool and Johari window, we will help the student to have a better understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses.

C-Vat profiling tool This tool focuses on 16 dimensions of an individual and it identifies for your organization the best-match personalities to the job description. C-VAT gives the hiring manager a 360 degree feedback as so to understand the interviewees' personalities and how well they can cope in different roles and responsibilities.

Johari Window A widely used model for understanding and training self-awareness, personal development, improving communications, interpersonal relationships, group dynamics, team development and inter group relationships. It uses information that represents feelings, experience, views, attitudes, skills, intention and motivation within and about a person in relation to their group, from four perspectives.

Outdoor Elements We use various team sports and outdoor activities which revolves around encouraging students to communicate effectively with each other. The students also have to work with each others' strengths and weaknesses, hence nurturing a better understanding of each other.
