This programme is specially catered to help motivate your students and raise their self-esteem and self-awareness. Programme Description
Chapter1: Leadership Within
What does it mean to be a leader? Am I a leader? Do I have what it takes to become a leader? These are the questions that TAAP wants the students to understand and with that understanding, strive toward becoming an effective leader. Being able to recognize the aspects of leadership is essential to becoming a leader.Chapter 2: Leadership Flourish
Being a leader means striving for your goals and targets despite the obstacles. A leader is confident and driven. A leader is also not afraid of failure. In this chapter, we seek to coax the passions of each student and encourage them to work towards their targets.Chapter 3: Shared Leadership
Leaders act upon their plans to achieve their goals. While planning and organizing is important, execution is equally essential in the overall picture. This is where the idea of Shared Leadership is fully exposed to your students. Shared leadership is the ability of a person to work well with others - as part of a team. Shared leadership requires the capacity for nurturing others and bringing out their best talents, the ability to mediate conflict, the quality to both express empathy and compassion for others and educate others about the importance of these feelings, and the talent for encouraging different viewpoints while upholding oneีs core values and principles.Chapter 4: Leadership Growth
Beyond any specific episode, whether it is a success or failure, leaders continue to grow as they receive and learn from the experience. Students are encouraged to review their performances and open up to their peers so that they can continually improve on themselves.return to the top
